Chicken Chili

Basic recipe for Chicken Chili:
  • Add oil to pan, heat up
  • Add chicken, cut into parts
  • Cook for 2 minutes on each sides

Then add:

  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh Lemongrass
  • 1 Tbsp. Red Curry Power
  • 1/2 Tbsp. of dry onion
  • 1/2 Garlic Powder
  • 3 Tbsp. Boiling Water

Mix together in pan. Then add:

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Soya Sauce
  • Add cut up Chilies and Peppers
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper

Leave to simmer for 3 minutes. Serve with Plain Rice. You can add more Chilies to make it spicy if you like.
