Chicken Chili
Basic recipe for Chicken Chili:
- Add oil to pan, heat up
- Add chicken, cut into parts
- Cook for 2 minutes on each sides
Then add:
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh Lemongrass
- 1 Tbsp. Red Curry Power
- 1/2 Tbsp. of dry onion
- 1/2 Garlic Powder
- 3 Tbsp. Boiling Water
Mix together in pan. Then add:
- 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Soya Sauce
- Add cut up Chilies and Peppers
- 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
Leave to simmer for 3 minutes. Serve with Plain Rice. You can add more Chilies to make it spicy if you like.
